「Before I came to Madeira, I was a little worried that maybe it would let me down. But when j arrived this island, the Sunshine the sea made me so happy! I like this hotel so much, peaceful and beautiful! from the hotel. You can see the sea! The beautiful view! And five star service! And the bar has performance on Thursday! It's really nice! And you can enjoy your breakfast and lunch near the sea! The design of hotel is perfect and there is also a nog beautiful swimming pool and gym! I like it!」

「1.五星級酒店，設備、環境和服務都還不錯，唯獨網路在房間不是太穩定是缺點。 2.白天大廳有一位阿姨非常非常客氣，所有其他的服務人員都非常客氣，很棒！！ 3.酒店旁邊的賭場是敗筆，服務人員態度非常差，而且對於整個景色是一個很難看的所在。」

「Great dining options very good for gluten free. fabulous service and very, very clean. Great pool and poolside bar cafe. Entertainment was good rooms comfortable with good pillow options. Plenty of English language TV. Only down side was no steam room which was something we missed. 」

「Our room was so much greater than we could have imagined. The rest of the property was lovely and on days we needed a break from all of the site seeing we had such a relaxing day at the pool. I also loved the use of their app which made requesting anything from an ironing beard to a late night bottle of wine so simple and easy. I would be so happy to stay here again. 」

「La chambre a une vue exceptionnelle sur la piscine et l’océan. Le lit est fait chaque jour mais pas d’aspirateur. Au bout d’une semaine, le sol n’est plus très propre. La baignoire présente des traces de rouillés et les flexibles de douche fuient de partout. Inacceptable pour un 4 étoiles.」
