「Would not recommend. My reservation was for 2 Twin bed rooms but upon arrival, front desk said their information was for 2 Queen rooms. I had a hard copy of Expedia Reservation but there was only one twin room available and the other room was a Queen. The room smelled like raw sewage. The breakfast room had one coffee machine and the line was 10 people long during breakfast. 」

「This was our second visit to the Savoy Palace and we weren’t disappointed. The room was spotless and the daily cleaning service was very good; in addition, the turn down service was equally good. We ate at 4 of the restaurants at the hotel, each of which had a different style and feel, but the food and staff were excellent in all of them. The highlight was the Galaxy restaurant on the 16th floor. It deserves a Michelin star. We will visit the Savoy Palace again.」

「We have just had a 3 night stay at the Hotel and it was lovely. When we arrived the reception staff were very friendly and gave us a brief tour, when our room was ready we were again escorted there by a member of reception. The room was a great size with a small patio area overlooking the lush gardens. We had dinner in the restauarant on our first night, which was excellent, service was impeccable.
