「Everything about Quina Jardins do Logo is excellent. The it was only our second stay and we were welcomed like old friends. The gardens are wonderful. The breakfasts set you up for the day and the atmosphere feels relaxed all the time. Rooms are well apointed and always spotless. We wanted to book for next year before we left but the prices had not been released.」

「Wir hatten eine Junior Suite gebucht. Das Zimmer war unfassbar schlecht isoliert, man hat wirklich jedes Woet unten auf der Straße gehört. Zudem quietschte das Bett bei jeder Bewegung. Nachdem wir uns beschwert haben, bekamen wir ein wesentlich kleineres Zimmer (vermutlich günstigere Kategorie), was dann aber besser isoliert war und ein höherwertiges Bett beinhaltete. Bei 5 Sternen nicht akzeptabel. Es wurde auch kein Gutschein oder Ähnliches angeboten. 」

「The hotel natural estate was beautiful, the grounds were in there own gardens , the staff very friendly , everything so clean and helpful. Everything was exceptional. The restaurant was very interesting and good , breakfast was so delightful with all the fruits and choices to eat. It is a 5 star excellent hospitality. The outside pool was lovely as well as indoor spa. Not hot but refreshing. 」

「For our first visit to Madeira and in particular Funchal this compact apartment was in a perfect location, close to markets, shops, restaurants and transportation. The apartment was clean and well equipped. Our only observations (not complaints) were that whilst the bed was comfortable the pillows provided (2) were very soft and offered no support; there was only one mirror in the apartment (in the bathroom) a second in the bedroom area would have been useful and the only place to store/hang...

「We liked everything about this hotel…except problems with breakfast during our entire stay.. For the three days that we were guests at this lovely hotel, we found that there was just not enough staff to manage keeping the tables clean, getting adequate food on the buffet table, refilling the platters, putting out sufficient mugs, etc. The two staff members who were working were polite with our requests, and very respectful, but they just couldn’t do it all on their own.
