「Grei beliggenhet. Kort vei til sentrum. Mange hyggelige spisemuligheter i nærheten. Litt trafikkstøy. Negativt: som ubetjent hotell bør utgangsdøren automatisk låses (var stort sett ulåst). Terrassedør og baderomsdør ikke mulig å låse/lukke. Gulvlaminat gikk fra hverandre.」

「Hôtel très bien situé à proximité immédiate des centres d’intérêts, bars, restaurants, à quelques pas des arrêts de bus pour l’aéroport et autres destinations. Calme, propre. Seul bémol, l’ascenseur est très capricieux et fonctionne relativement peu souvent.」

「房間沒有冷氣風扇，與hotel.com所描述不同，故房間較熱。另外，洗澡水外淺，令地板全濕。床墊開始舊，有下榻情況。景觀開揚，有小型厨房，空間較大，洗澡水夠熱，毛巾隔天更換但天天執房。酒店附近多食店亦有超市，巴士站，泳灘等。酒店有免費接駁車往市中心，但我沒有使用過。早餐有面包，生果，可可米，乳酪及芝士火腿蛋等，不是好味，亦不難吃。」

「Well situated in Funchal. We found it a straightforward walk into the city centre and near to the airport bus stop. Friendly and helpful staff. Small swimming pool on roof which helped cooling off after our levada walks. 」

「Will be a good place when it will be finished. We were living in a construction site where noise was starting at 8am (or earlier) to finish at 8pm. The apartment was nice but not fully functional since AC was not connected. The apartment we had was made for 2 people as the sofa cannot be seriously considered as an extra bed (even for kids). The owner is always there to help.」

「The accommodation itself is very modern and centrally located. It looks like in the pictures. Unfortunately, I have to criticize the communication very much. We have informed in time when we land. We have received a phone number, which we should contact as soon as we land because of the suitcases. Unfortunately, no one was available there and also was not answered to our message. 「A fabulous location, and surprisingly quiet for being in the heart of the old town. Apartment 1 is at the top of the building with 2 steep staircases to navigate. But once up there it is airy and bright with everything you could need. No hanging space for clothes but lots of room to store items flat. Accommodating and quick response to messages with host. Excellent location! Had a wonderful stay. Ombrigada. 」

「Three House Hotel deserves more than five stars! Our room was an apartment rather than just a hotel room, and it was perfect. The rooftop pool, deck and bar was great with comfortable seating, a very nice casual yet elegant decor and an incredible view of Funchal and the waterfront. The staff that we interacted with were, to a one, professional, engaging, pleasant, energetic and attentive to our needs. The location, very close to the Old Town area suited us perfectly. I like this hotel so much, peaceful and beautiful! from the hotel. You can see the sea! The beautiful view! And five star service! And the bar has performance on Thursday! It's really nice!
