Maten på hotellet får 1 av 5 möjliga, vad ni är ni gör akta er för nyårsmeny. Gymmet är slitet och man känner sig inte välkommen där. Rummet var väldigt lyhört. "The staff was so kind and the property looks on the beautiful cliffs of Madeira. We loved being able to use the Galosol pool, this was definitely a highlight. There are many restaurants within walking distance and parking is very inexpensive and easy in front. Nice to be away from the city but still close to visit as needed, would recommend for a relaxing stay!"

"After a 13 hour trip, we arrived at a place that was overbooked. An alternative hotel was offered 3 km up the hills, so clearly not a 'walk to the beach' anymore. Hotel staff was OK, but young. Manager on the phone did not talk to us, but to the girl instead. We were offered dinner as a compensation, but we had to stay elsewhere. Note: we were not hungry and had other dinner plans for the next night... No financial compensation offered, but only free dinner at the hotel that we could not stay...
