「Très bien situé, stationnement à proximité, très bon service」

「Unfortunately we arrived at the hotel after a long trip from Canada , only to be told there were no rooms for us. We had booked 2 rooms several months ago. We were told by the front staff that a terrible thing happened to the rooms and they couldn’t allow us to use them. They had made other arrangements to have us stay at another hotel. My husband and I put alot of time into finding the right place for us. The place they put us in was a much older hotel and not what we would have booked.」

「Mittelmäßiges Zimmer was sehr in die Jahre gekommen ist. Toilettenspülungen kaputt! Key kaputt und man hatte nur 1 Schlüssel . Dafür war die Lage ok . Klimaanlage war kaputt .」

「Stayed for 8 days Unfortunately when I got my confirmation we were on the third floor pretty high 6 flights of stairs no lifts which we were unaware of so something to consider when booking Bed was comfortable room cleaned every third day also towels were replaced Kitchen was small but ok except the small microwave was on a shelf about 5 and half feet high so you would need to step stool to safely use it but no step stool provided It was convenient close to Madeira mall and super market...

「房間沒有冷氣風扇，與hotel.com所描述不同，故房間較熱。另外，洗澡水外淺，令地板全濕。床墊開始舊，有下榻情況。景觀開揚，有小型厨房，空間較大，洗澡水夠熱，毛巾隔天更換但天天執房。酒店附近多食店亦有超市，巴士站，泳灘等。酒店有免費接駁車往市中心，但我沒有使用過。早餐有面包，生果，可可米，乳酪及芝士火腿蛋等，不是好味，亦不難吃。」

「The hotel is in a good location, but the rooms are noisy at night. By 2:00 a.m., street noise and traffic can be heard . There is no on-site parking, so guests must use street parking and renew it by 8:00 a.m. ( free from 8 pm to 8am). Some rooms are below ground level (labelled Level 1, when in reality is -1). On a positive note, the reception staff is efficient and responsive. We were not initially given the room type we had booked, but the issue was resolved and we were moved to the correct...
