「Staff was very friendly and easy to check in and very accommodating.」

「There was no breakfast available. The rooms are not cleaned every day. The property is still nice but dated. My room was not available and they moved me to another room. I kind of felt like a second class citizen because I booked through a “third party” instead of the hotel. Not sure if I would return because of that.」

「Great location for our visit to Longwood University. Hotel is older but with the updates, it seems they tried to stay true to character of the building and simplicity of needs. All staff that we encountered were very nice/polite and helpful. Room was spacious,comfortable,simple and clean all that you need.
