"Very clean and new hotel. Staff was friendly. Beds comfortable and rooms spacious. The only problem was the WiFi did not work in our rooms. The tvs are smart TVs so they also did not work since there was no WiFi. That was a huge disappointment. Also the breakfast was a few muffins, granola bars and fruit. No hot breakfast. Which isn’t really a issue as long as you know that ahead of time. Overall it was very nice especially for just a one night quick stay."

"PROS - Spacious rooms, Great Location on downtown mall, Gorgeous Lobby Atrium, Free Parking, Good value for such a lovely setting. Will definitely return. CONS - Housekeeping is late. On 2 occasions, we returned to our room at 3:30 pm which still had not been cleaned. - WIFI works well, but hotel software would not connect me without assessing a daily charge. Front desk accommodated us and waived charges, but its frustrating. - Hotel Software makes ir difficukt to sign up as an OMNI member ( to accrue points and get free wifi). Again, front desk accommodated me, but OMNI software / interface with potential customer/members needs improvement."
