「Front desk was courteous and quick. No issues. Room looks great. No issues Bartender was not personable. He was grouchy and couldn’t crack a smile. He looks miserable and shouldn’t be working with customers. 」

The lady at front desk was not happy and passed that room to another check in guest. Moment after, that guest met the same issue. Few hours after my check in, my credit card was charged again.
