「Everything was amazing! The staff, the area, the accommodations, the cleanliness.
I would only leave a small disappointment regarding our view. We were given a room on the 3rd floor and we had paid extra for a balcony, only to find out our entire balcony was covered by a tree. When I mean entire; I mean entire.
I would just suggest that the receptionist (or website) states that specific rooms have a blocked view.
Maybe even use it as an “upgrade opportunity”. 」
