Beautiful view

We had a great time. Enjoyed the ocean right below our deck and hearing the crashing waves. Spent most of our time out on the deck. The place was clean and very nicely decorated. The only negative was there was no hot water for our showers. But it I still give it an excellent rating.

We have been here now a couple of times and love it. A couple things you need to know if you're reading the other comments: Elite apartment is the only one that has the south balcony over the ocean (it is rentable and not the owners suite). The other two say resort view as you can't see the ocean from your apartment but can right outside your door on your deckbetween the buildings. The wall switches control the BOTTOM outlets. If the lamps are plugged into those, the switches work. The bed is super comfy and the rest of the inside furniture, well, is not. It is furniture that a college kid brought home. But who the heck is sitting inside when you have a balcony over the ocean. Have yet to turn on the tv when we have been here. Malibu Farms is amazing. The 3.9 is because no one appreciates the unisual menu but if you try it... and is within walking distance. Go to Ralphs a mile and a half west for supplies when you get here and then you are coming east on PCH to get into the property. Yes, high tide makes the beach unwalkable sometimes. You are right on the beach, it happens. Love this place for a peaceful getaway.

Pictures show apartment sliders to an ocean view … not true. Be clear that I have a side apartment with pictures of that apartment. Poor communication with management. Property in disrepair, stepping in rat poop in the kitchen in the morning. A large stack of rodent sticky traps under the sink. Shower barely functioning. Uncomfortable couch and chairs. The bedroom was comfortable.

This was the most ideal stay in Malibu… the property was perfect, the view absolutely divine. We couldn’t have asked for anything more! Only thing missing was a washer and dryer but that wasn’t a make or break, just pack accordingly. The view from the room and the room’s deck is unmatched!! I wish I could’ve stayed forever!!

Property was not as advertised. Expecting balcony over water/beach as pictures in advert. Pictures of owners unit should not be on the site. False advertising. Price was excessive for what we got. Property severely run Down. Gardens were a mess. Overgrown trees over gate to drive in.Unit had no views, but inside was adequate.

You're gonna feel relaxed

I went to see friends in the area. I was happy with my stay, however, there is some up keep needed such as the windows not all locked or were needing to ne replaced. I felt safe so that wasn't a concern. Getting to the water wasn't easy-going. A better pathway diwn would be nice. I use to live in the area so my review reflects being not just a guest but a former local.

This cute little apartment has everything you need to enjoy time at the beach, from a corkscrew to a coffee pot. The ocean views are amazing! The deck has many chairs and tables available for hanging out when not at the beach. You are close enough to walk to the pier and several restaurants. The beach here is pretty small and only at low tide. This is a great little apartment and I would stay here again.

Situation exceptionnelle quand on a vue mer

Situation exceptionnelle, terrasse au dessus du Pacifique. Sauf que cette partie de terrasse est liée à l’appartement qui a vue sur mer. Pour les 2 autres appartements, il y a une terrasse partagée mais qui ne donne pas sur la mer directement et qui, en février, reçoit très peu de soleil. Par chance , le premier jour, on a pu profiter de la vue mer. Et la c’est incroyable ! L’appartement en lui même est très confortable et bien équipé. L’accès à la plage était très chaotique (rochers, bouts de bois). La communication a été facile, par e-mail. On se sent privilégié. Prenez l’appartement avec vue sur mer !
