「The room did not have hot water in the sinks or the shower. This was discovered late at night, and the management offered to have us shower in another room and then moved us to a new room the next day. The staff, while apologetic, did not offer any compensation for this major inconvenience until I spoke to the manager, who offered a discount and free breakfast, which was very nice. Small, weird detail: the toilet-paper holder is located so far from the toilet that you need to have the arms...

「Nice ocean view room. Third flood. Staff was nice, but they need more people here. That may be everywhere though. Valets were great and the food was good in the restaurant. The ocean makes the place. Right on the beach great waves. We will come back. 」
