「So many things to love about this property and I would love to stay again given some conditions: Staff was not helpful when I checked in. I was not welcomed and felt no appreciation. My biggest negative is the noise factor. They put me on the first floor, which is never good. I was awakened at 6am by pounding on my ceiling. 「The hotel is brand new, there are plenty of restaurants nearby, the rooms are very clean, and parking is free.」

「Great location in Malibu. Close to beach and great restaurants. Floors in room were not swept or mopped. Back deck was poor. Cushions had bird droppings and spider webs. 」
