"Hôtel très bien situé et de bon standing mais vieillissant. Personnel serviable mais trop insistant - pour avoir pourboire alors que déjà frais de service même pour 3 burgers ( pas très bons au passage)de 20%. Frais de ressort - pourquoi? Personne qui passe dans la chambre pour vérifier dans demande? Et salle de bains poussierieuse, moyen propreté de baignoire et vieillote pas rénové . Loyers confortable et taille chambre ok ( nous étions 3). Stationnement centre commerciale pratique."

"Very good experience, there was construction happening but you couldn’t hear it from the room at all , only in the lobby. The only problem we had is that we found a blood stain on our pillows. We contacted the front desk and they replaced it within 10 minutes"

"The valet service was very nice even though we weren’t having anybody park our car. They greeted us every single time we came in and out. The front desk staff was always polite and answered all of our questions. The beds in the women only private quad were a little squeaky and not that comfortable. Blankets were thin, and there were no sheets on the bed, but just a sheet that we had to put on our own bed. For over $200 for the third night, it would’ve been nice to have some nicer mattresses and comforters. The bathroom very much needed shelving or at least hooks to put toiletries. We appreciated the quiet location as per our request, the hallways were clean and the hotel was very unique and in a good location. Thank you so much for our three nights day. We will come back again."

"Excellent Stay CitizenM was the perfect place to stay! I highly recommend it, especially for couples or solo travelers. The hotel is modern, comfortable, and conveniently located near the Walt Disney Concert Hall and several museums. The location made it easy to explore the area, and the overall experience was fantastic. I would definitely stay here again!"
