The roof was in the Landmark part of the hotel, had a small terrace, and was beautiful. The Proper is a great hotel for a small conference or meeting. They have a dedication to art, fitness and wellness, including providing both bikes and e-bikes for guests. It’s not the closest hotel to the beach / coast, but isn’t far either, and is adjacent to a relatively quiet residential area. "
