Brilliant stay, the room was clean, tidy and provided with a coffee machine, safe and all the bits you could want for a comfortable stay. The shower was amazing. The balcony and view was a great addition, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back to stay again

We stayed for four days and it was more than satisfactory. They have a convenient shop next door to buy water bottles for $1. We often went to the front desk for items and they were very amenable to all of our requests like extra towels, coffee, etc. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. The location was convenient to the beach and tons of restaurants within walking distance.

Recommend booking a room with the ocean/ Santa Monica Pier in sight. The rooms are not stellar but they’re a place to sleep. Beds and decor could be updated but the shower actually had hot water on demand. Staff and services were great. Location and walking distances with ride services; car, electric scooters/ bikes was peak. I’d come back in a heartbeat.

During our stay, it started to rain so I asked the front desk where I could buy an 🌂 and she kindly responded, " we provide them for our guest", and pointed at the 🌂 that were by the front door for guest to use. The entire staff that I got to interact with was super helpful and nice. The beach is just a short walk away. Love the ballet parking 😍

The room and location is great. We decided to stay another night and booked it through Expedia. When we checked in I asked the person at the desk to check and see that the reservation was ok. She said it was but it wasn’t. We had to move out and wait about two hours for the new room to be ready. Gave us candy and cookies for our trouble.

This was my first stay. I just got back and already booked another trip. The room, and entire hotel was CLEAN, the staff was always extremely kind and willing to help. I stayed with just my daughter and I, and felt safe, even in the midst of all the interesting things happening all around. Views and location 10/10. Based on this short experience, I already can’t wait to come back.
