Check in easy and fast ,location is nearby SANTA MONICA Pier, you can working by 15 -20 minutes to arrival SANTA MONICA Pier, drive cad near in No.10 road easy connection to where you want to go. Jack in the BOX just in hotel front side you can easy buy food in there, 7-11 store and Gas station also near in hotel location. It's good staying this hotel. I can easy go to Los Angeles local or go to Disneyland park, Universal Studios Hollywood park...etc. it's wonderful staying in the hotel that I share my experience.

It's an unassuming place sandwiched between a Jack-in-the-Box and a residential neighborhood, but don't let the location fool you. It's a lovely old-school motel with very clean rooms and a comfortable bed. Since it is an older place, the rooms are small, and a large person may have problems with the size of the bathroom and shower. The courtyard, however, makes up for any lack of space. Tucked in behind the main building, the courtyard is private, quiet, and has lovingly maintained landscaping. It's walkable to the Santa Monica waterfront, and there's access to public transportation. Plus, the Piccolo Italian restaurant just around the corner is AMAZING! I'll certainly stay here again when I revisit Santa Monica.

Small room but that is because of the age(1938). It was spotless & smelled fresh & clean. It was quiet & peaceful & a very good price for the location (close to many little cafés & Walgreens a block away).

Room is ok, very small. Older dated small motel. Staff nice. They use old fashion keys. It is literally next to a jack in the box drive thru. Felt insecure and would not do that again.

First off the room was very clean. No bugs. Bed was very comfortable. I had a courtyard room which is recommended. It is gated and secure. Lots of tables and chairs in the courtyard. It is right next to a Jack In The Box restaurant which wasn’t busy and loud but I was here in January so not as much tourist traffic. You have to Park your car right next to it so there is safety concerns there so don’t leave valuables in your car, Only bad thing: NO hot water from sink or shower. Don’t like cold showers

Super motel dans un secteur calme de Los Angeles. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et soucieux du bon déroulement de votre séjour. La baie de Santa Monica est venice beach sont à proximité. La chambre est propre, la tv offre une multitude de chaînes et la petite cour centrale, sécurisée a beaucoup de charme. Bref, c'était parfait.

room was clean but there was an OVERWHELMING smell of cleaner in the air - my clothes smelled like it the next day. Also, no hot water in the shower. That was a bummer at 5 in the morning. I was surprised it had an 8 rating on Expedia. I would put it at a 5.
