The staff was great. The pillows were uncomfortable, the shower head wasn't great (but the water pressure was good), there was no wifi for 2 out of 3 nights, the sheets and towels are dingy, and there is no fridge in the room

The location was excellent and very close to the pier, which we really appreciated. However, there was a noticeable odour in the hallway leading to the room, possibly from the carpet, and a mild odour inside the room as well. It would also be helpful to have a kettle and complimentary bottled water in the room. Additionally, installing a couple of hooks behind the bathroom door would be a practical improvement. Thanks.

The room was extremely old and poorly maintained. The heater made loud noises all night, like a tractor, and the light bulb was about to burn out. The view from the window was unacceptable. However, the room was clean and neat overall. I booked the first night through Expedia, which stated that valet parking was $25. This information was false—the hotel charges $45 per night if you book through Expedia or booking.
