「The property is quite, nice and clean. Only complaint is that the a/c in one of our 2 rooms wasn’t working. We asked for it to be fixed. It wasn’t. We suggested a room change. Figured the hotel staff would have suggested the change. Anyway, room change happened on the last night there.」

「Is a bit away from the town, but is a good experience to see the beach everyday back to the hotel. The staff are nice and helpful. If the bath water can be much hotter is better, and the room is very clean. 」

On s'attend à beaucoup mieux pour le prix. Petit déjeuner de faible qualité et quantité. Peu de personnel ne comprend une autre langue que l'italien. L'hôtel mérite d'être rénové entièrement.」

「We stayed one night, arriving late and overslept. The property was so understanding and generous allowing us an extra hour immediately. The room itself was spotless, the a/c very effective and the bed was comfortable. They gave us great recommendations for restaurants and were extremely responsive. I would 100% recommend as a base to sleep in and would stay here again.」

We just left Puteoli Palace, we had a great stay, While the property is walkable to several restaurants, a grocery store and a few historical hidden gems, it is NOT close to the hustle n bustle of the city’s center. We had tours scheduled at various times, and the hotel’s driver accommodated us with no issues. The hotel is about a 15-20 minute drive to Naples Grand Central Station. The room was super clean!
