"The ocean view room with the wraparound balcony had several big windows that provided beautiful ocean views. Unfortunately sitting on the balcony was not possible due to the wind off the ocean. Guests staying in the other rooms had walls on either side of their balconies that provided a wind break and they were able to enjoy their balconies."

"This was our second visit to the property since the renovation and rebrand and we once again had a truly excellent vacation. Team members were all professional and welcoming. The food and beverage selection well exceeded our expectations; our room (complete with Frette linens and Byredo amenities) was perfectly clean with a lovely sea view; and the pool and grounds were beautifully maintained. "

"I booked swim out, oceanfront room that‘s 2X more than the standard room. The room I was in was at the very end of the resort, oceanview was blocked by huge plants in front of the room. The building (building 7) was doing some maintenance/renovation work, and i was bothered by constant noise from the work, my room was smelling like paint and no apologies from the hotel at all. I’ve sent 4 e-mails to the hotel explaining the situation and no replies at all. "

"This was the original Excellence, so it is a bit dated. The staff was friendly and helpful. I am allergic to gluten, so there were limited options, especially desserts. The chef in the Excellence Club was outstanding and made GF French toast for me every morning. The spa was gorgeous. "
