「This is a really hard review to write. The staff tried so hard to make sure everything was good, but at the first sign of us not being satisfied - they turned on us. You could tell we were “that Expedia couple who only gave 4 stars”… The beach is unusable and the seaweed is literally out of control… like 2-4ft high piles on the beach… right in front of the diamond club. Completely disgusting to look at and to smell. Not the hotel’s fault, but if you are going for a beach holiday- this is not...

「The staff and manager Dafine was very hospitable」

「Recuerda cambiar al chef cocina más salado que mi abuelita , espero que el chef tenga el poder de comer su comida.」

「The ways to the hotel it is terrible! Food ok! The beach has so many seaweed! The rooms clean.」

「We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights. They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...

「The most beautiful property I've ever stayed at. Immaculate views and amazing staff who helped with everything from restaurant recommendations to helping us get bike rentals delivered to the hotel. Mike at the front desk made us feel like family. The sunsets and sunrises coming in from the floor to ceiling windows were the nicest I've ever seen. Couldn't recommend more.」
