「Loved the layout of the hot springs on site, very secluded feeling, and extremely safe. I loved the area with tiered temperatures where would go to what we called “lava hot” and go down to subsequently cooler levels as needed for comfort. I was a little concerned about how frequently they were cleaned (there was a food item in the hot spring with the walk up bar and I did not see anyone skimming or vacuuming during our stay), but I suspect that would be the same at all the hot spring resorts. ...

「Thoroughly enjoyed this resort, our home for 6 days. Not pretentious, truly authentic beauty. All staff were not only accommodating, but felt like friends, Joaquin, Luis, Jorge, Fernando, Leah and Justin, to name a few. Large rooms, excellent housekeeping, and restaurant had great options, some excellent ones. Could use more selection in cocktails for all inclusive. Lava springs and foliage/landscaping were the fantastic icing on the cake. Close to nature hikes, wildlife, and excursion...

「Mitten in der Natur gelegen mit tollem Blick auf den Vulkan. Die Zimmer waren Sauber und mit einer kleinen Küche ausgestattet. Der Zustand der Zimmer war in Ordnung, aber sie waren schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Pool mit Bar war sehr schön und das Wasser war angenehm warm Das Frühstück war vollkommen ausreichend und das Angebot wechselte zum Teil täglich.」

「Incredible property. Exactly as pictured. If you’ve ever been on a 5 star African safari this is the Costa Rican equivalent. Only disappointment was our room didn’t have a volcano view as pictured but the room was incredible nonetheless and the main dining and pool area had a great view of the volcano. 」

「I stayed two nights in a private room, the ladies on reception were so friendly and helpful with helping book my activities, they’ve really created a welcoming and chilled vibe. The kitchen and outdoor area is lovely. There’s everything you need both in the property and nearby. It was very chilly at night but was provided with extra blankets, the strong wind was a little noisy with plants hitting my window but I didn’t mind and always take earplugs in case of outside noise. It was super clean....

「Room was spotless and comfortable. Beautiful spot. Host was great! Only thing I could suggest is the proper amount of towels for the amount of guests booked. We only had two towels for three guests. But this doesn’t affect how we feel about the place! Great stay!」

「Great location in La Fortuna. Close to restaurants and shops and access to all tours. Lovely grounds with beautiful trees and flowers, plenty of birds and wildlife. Rooms a little dated but functional and clean. Breakfast a little sparse so was only aspect that let it down. However would certainly recommend. 」
