「Where do I start? Horrible all the way around. No refunds for crap room. Not the same as shown on Expedia. Paid for ocean view w/Balcony (got ground floor). Multiple cockroaches, light bulb out, A/C & Heat ran non-stop and bearing out on fan. So loud hardly could sleep, TVs were a mess, Direct TV didn't work in 1 bedroom, batteries dead in Roku remote, water damaged areas, one door off hinges..... Etc. I paid full price for this crap. 「This condo needs some work. The bathroom drains did not work. Would not hold water. No baths only showers. The master bathroom drain drained very very slowly. We had small roaches in the kitchen. The water and ice dispenser was very moldy. We didn’t use it. The ice inside the freezer was fine. But the biggest complaint is how dirty the floors were! 「The area was really nice. The people were easy to reach when a problem occurred. Some of the house is a little dated. My son got stuck in the bathroom because he couldn't unlock the door. The lock was not working the way it was intended. Other than that, everything was really nice.」

「My only complaint was a roach in the spare bedroom, we only found one but I’m always worried there are more. Otherwise it was a great location, beautiful view, short walk to the beach and wasn’t overly crowded. We had to leave early for a family emergency so I wish I could’ve enjoyed it for more than what I did. 」
