「We reserved two rooms about one month prior to our trip. Upon arriving at 10:30 pm we were notified that there was a software update in their system, and they could not tell us if we had a room or not. After Front Desk attendant checked a few rooms, we were told no room was available. Reflects poor management, poor IT support. If you’re running a national Brand hotel chain, I would expect more proactive management practices.」

「I booked based on it being new, the rooms were clean and nice but the amenities as far as pool furniture and outdoor seating smelled and was disgusting. The front desk staff always seemed stressed out and very confused and slow. Willing to help they just weren't confident or trained in a lot. Bartenders very very untrained. Breakfast was great and the Starbucks was life saving! Especially since due to bad weather outdoors bars and food bars were closed. Its definitely a family friendly place but...

「Room was not dirty…but the bed had something metal underneath. Which made a terrible sound when getting bed. Ac doesn’t work well and room was humid. Someone was in the small parking lot having a bbq and was weird. I actually let and checked into a different hotel around the corner so I could get a good night rest.」

「Very dirty room(a) had to change because first one smelled like rotten food. No breakfast was available. Swimming pool was disgustingly dirty and smelly. Would NEVER stay there again, and would advise folks to stay away.」
