「Check in was so fast and easy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good selection (sausage, egg, cereal, waffles) our room was very clean and spacious. The pool was also really nice and warm!」

「The room was renovated but the bath room door needed to be repaired because of chipped wood on the back of the door. Water pressure was great and almost instant hot water. 「We spent 5 nights. Same continental breakfast everyday. Egg patty, sausage patty, banana, bagel, toast, oatmeal. But there was fresh make your own waffles. Only topping was slow pouring syrup. 「Felt like I was owed a partial refund for having to go to the front desk for towels every night. Housekeeping took our towels everyday even if they were hanging up and never left new ones. Had a cockroach two different days. Was told it was due to the rain, but good pest control would prevent them from coming in in the first place. 「There was nobody there to guide us to where we were supposed to go. Fortunately, there was a staff there, it is a plastic surgeons building, that was able to contact somebody with the villa who gave us phone instructions on how to open the door and where actually the room was. They apologize and said the manager is usually on top of things, but apparently at this time there was a glitch. Things happen.
