「Great location and friendly staff」

「The rooms were not clean as well as common areas. They do not clean the rooms but every 2 days not counting the day you check in and when they cleaned our room they didn’t do a good job. I had to go down to the front desk to get more towels and wash clothes also a new bottle of shampoo because ours was empty. When the beds were not made after the second day I complained for the second time and was told that their green policy is that they don’t change the sheets until after 5 days. I had to put...

「The rooms where half cleaned the bed comforter was stained when when got in the room and had a moldy smell..asked for extra towels the seam to have attitude asked staff about cleaning they come around at 9am. the halls were very noisy after 10pm and before 6am. Something smelled like it was burning no one could tell where it was coming from. Was not the experience we where expecting..」
