Hands down one of the most relaxing and activity filled places to visit! Our cabin was more than we expected…it had everything we needed and it was squeaky clean. The only issue I had was the bed wasn’t as comfortable as I would have liked (I love my bed at home). Last but not least, it is close to everything yet secluded. We will definitely return in the future!!!!

This property is gorgeous and tranquil. We stayed on the lake with a beautiful view. This cottage was clean spacious modern and comfortable. Definitely recommend to stay here!

The cabins were the perfect place to stay by the beach. Had free bikes, walking trails, lake to kayak, swimming pool and after a long day on the beach go back to the quiet peaceful cabin. Love this place!

This was such and amazing stay! We had no idea going in how absolutely gorgeous the cabins would be! They are so clean and beautifully decorated! The AC is so nice with the hot weather. The state park is stunning, and with the free bike rentals we got to explore so much of it! Would highly recommend!

Very nice cabin on the lake with a wonderful view. There is alot to do at the park. Free bike rentals and lots of trails. It was just too hot and humid for us to enjoy most of it.

It was amazing! The cabin itself was so beautiful and clean. Other than having to buy some things to actually cook, it was fully stocked with everything we needed. Not to mention the view outside! The lake was a stunning view. We even got to see alligators, right outside our cabin just swimming around in the lake. Everything was relatively easy to find and very accessible to the cabin with only a short drive or walk. I look forward to returning in the future!

Great family cabin

We stayed at the family woodside cabin and it was great! Two bedrooms and pull out couch in the living room was big enough for our family of 5. Loved the large pool and trails. Lots of wildlife, alligators, owls, sharks, snakes and a nature center located near the pool.

Loved the layout and location. I actually used the shareable bike one morning. All in all the only concern and I wouldn't say that we were concerned too much, was the little tiny bugs. Not sure if that's an Alabama thing or maybe pest control could be made aware.

Amazing family time at Woods Cabin!

We had a wonderful time in our Woods Cabin. The space was perfect for our family. The free bikes were a short walk away, so we took them out several times during our stay. We also enjoyed a wonderful campfire on our last night there, right there at our cabin. The location was convenient to both Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, and the parking pass to park at the Beach Pavillion was used extensively. I would highly recommend this location to any family looking for something a little more private and away from the hubbub of Gulf Shores.

The cabins were roomy, clean and comfortable. Our family only came for a few days so the cleaning fee was high for our short stay. I was disappointed to find there were no basic items such as shampoo, bath soap or 1 load of laundry detergent. I could find it on the website that you had to bring your own. Overall, very impressive for a state park.

Our cabin was beautiful as well as the view of the lake. We loved having our own quiet space that was no more than 20 minutes from all the attractions. Walmart was 5 minutes away allowing us to make lots of meals to avoid spending a fortune going out to eat. The parking pass for the beach was great. We also loved the pool. It was a bit too hot to go biking, but if we ever come when it’s cooler, we would love to take advantage of the free bikes to explore Gulf State Park even more. We had plenty of room and wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you!!

Yard was not mowed. We had a cabin on the lake and were told there were a few trees obstructing view of the lake & fireworks. No, we couldn’t see the lake at all. Communication was poor while staying there as well. The cabin itself was super clean and very nice.

Such a wonderful place to stay on our first trip to Gulf Shores/Orange Beach! It had easy access to beach, pool, activities, etc. we would definitely stay again. For anyone that is looking at this property I do recommend requesting certain numbers of cabins if you want directly lakeside. Even though the location is lakeside there are 3 cabins across the street (cabin 19, 20, 21). We ended up being assigned one of those so our front view was another cabin with tree line in front of that cabin and trees in back. Still a lovely place and just know next time to request a cabin number that is directly lakeside. We had a couple of property concerns but they were quick to address and fix.

Best kept secret amazing place to stay.

Check in was easy and amazing the lady Mrs Amy is simply a delight to speak with and so helpful! The cabin was beautiful and perfect for us! The lake was beautiful and we had an amazing time there can't wait to go back next year! Plus was the laundry room at the cabin itself so I could do our laundry while there and not have a bunch to do when we got back they gave us an itinerary of what they had going on at Gulf State Park which was really nice the pool was about a 6 minute drive away which is not bad it is pretty secluded the only ones allowed at the pool is the ones at the cabin and at the RV Park it was really nice the parking pass also paid for being at the beach parking so that was extremely welcomed and the ocean was beautiful although when we went I mean they were a bunch of jellies and you had to watch out because of all the hurricanes that have been through but it was amazing it was beautiful and only like a 8-9 min drive, for people that are going I really suggest this place I highly suggest this place I also highly suggest eating at Lambert's that was enough food for 2 days for all of us.
