"Tried to use the pullout coach, when we did there was a worm of some sort inside the bed. The bubble ceiling was literally falling down in the bathroom and well as having either mold or mildew, it was black.
Needed towels and some trash bags, apparently they don’t deliver to your room, made you go dow to the 1st to get them and then they had to go elsewhere to get them. Supposed to be smoke free, numerous time there were smelling cigarette smoke along with POT blowing right into our room, hard to keep the door open. I told the front and they said they would do something, must not have as it kept happening. Hot tub was out of service which was a huge disappointment. Staff were fine. The view of course was great but you could easily get that from a lot of the other hotels near this one. "

"Ocean view was great, breakfast was very worth the stay. Did find blood smeared on the walls near the bathroom and in the bathroom. The lock to the balcony was broke. Our first night, which was Saturday night was very loud. The live music was a terrible punk band that was just screaming and pounding drums. The bar music was not something everyone would want to hear in their room until all hours of the nights. After a long day having fun, would’ve been nice to get some rest and my daughter was not able to fall asleep, as well as I was hearing thump thump to bass for hours. We won’t be staying here again due to this. Overall the hotel was good. Just didn’t give the most family friendly vibe with a 4 year old."

"This hotel was a disgrace I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone! Right after checking in we were told that the elevators weren’t working and that we would have to haul our luggage up 3 flights of stairs and no one offered to even help. We had to take the stairs our entire weekend stay!"
