「Staff was nice. A bunch of hidden fees, got charged for stuff I don’t even know what for, only one working elevator, wanna charge almost 20 dollars for breakfast. Will never staff at a Hilton inn again」

「The rooms here are beautiful, but the MOST uncomfortable I've ever experienced for a place charging these prices. The bed is extremely hard & after sleeping just a few hours, I woke in extreme pain. I explained what happened & asked if they had any mattress toppers or anything to help - they said no. I asked if all the rooms have the same beds, because 4 more nights of this is going to be excruciating - they said they are all the same. They did not offer any solutions, no extra pillows, blankets...

「This review is based on two seniors stay during the week. We liked and needed the location to be right on the beach as we are both old and not walking well. Access to the beach and pool were great. Parking was convenient with baggage carts available to move luggage. The staff was attentive and check-in went smoothly. Our room keys worked well for the 4 nights stayed. The room was a little tight, but after putting our luggage away we managed moving around well. It was just my wife and myself....

「The property was great. Pool was awesome with towels and lounge chair with umbrellas. They are first come but we were always able to find one. They do have an outdoor fireplace with seating, but it’s summer so of course no fire. The seats were still great though very comfortable.The entrance was a little hard to find but thank goodness for gps. The staff was very friendly and the willingness to help with anything was definitely appreciated. Breakfast was great with a few hiccups but once again...

「Overall an “okay” stay. Our room came with a mini fridge and microwave which were great. The coffee machine we didn’t get to use because there were packets of coffee included but no cups, sugar, etc. The room could have been cleaner. I found part of an old deodorant behind the bed and my daughter actually found a random pill on the floor and thought it was mine (it wasn’t) which could have been dangerous had she been younger. The towel racks in the bathroom were poorly positioned over the toilet...

「We stayed four nights. Location was great. Staff at front desk was helpful when they were there. Website states beach towels were provided, yet when you ask for towels it is for pool only. It’s hard to go to beach without a towel. There were several unattended kids running wild throughout the hotel daily. We tried to get a drink at the bar and were totally ignored.
