「Clean and nice property」

「Super friendly staff, with all amenities included in the description. The room we stayed in was clean and neat. Highly recommend staying.」

「We had a good time. Our room was clean, but our sheets and covers felt damp both nights. there wasn’t blankets or pillows to keep us warm」

「Condo was very clean. Had dishwasher detergent (2 loads), liquid soap, wash machine detergents (2 loads); sample size Shampoo, Conditioner, hand soap, and lotion 2 of each. Seemed to have ample dishes, silver ware, kitchen utensils. Table with chairs and 2 lounge chairs on the patio. Steps from the pool or gulf. Sugar sand beach. Walmart, and a liquor store about 3 blocks away. The outdoor space was very quiet after 5 pm. 」

「I really enjoyed my stay here and found this property to be an absolutely excellent value. The property is half a city block from the beautiful gulf shores and public beach access. The room was clean and very comfortable, and I could see the ocean from my balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast abundant. I wish I never have had to leave! Thank you for the wonderful memories.」

「We had our pet with us, the potty area is a small patch of grass between the sidewalk and the street- so maybe 2 1/2 feet wide. Traffic is rushing by and my dog was frightened. Dogs can’t go on the beach, the pool, patio etc. also you have to walk thru the lobby, thru the parking garage, around the corner to get to the grassy area. Not convenient at all. Also our room was carpeted, not good for dogs. On top of the room rate it’s $75.00 extra for the pet. View from our balcony was beautiful...

「The hotel is in a great location with free parking. Just minutes from the beach. They had a good selection of breakfast foods, which I appreciated. I would have given five stars, but there was mold on the ceiling of our bathroom. The room was otherwise clean. I did not find the staff all that friendly. Despite the negatives, I would consider staying there again in the future.」

「The condo was well cleaned and stock with just a few days of amenities ex:cleaning supplies, coffee wash clothes and towels. The view was gorgeous. The gym was nothing great. Downfall was is if you are single traveler you were surrounded by kids and family. Was close to restaurants. 」

「I was stuck on the elevator with about 8 others fir about 7 minutes. And then it was out of service the remaining stay. When we checked out, it took several trips up and down stairs with our luggage. My partner is 79 years old and this made it very difficult to enjoy!」

The beach is directly behind the condo, shops and restaurants are in walking distance, and if you had any questions the front desk was quick to respond. The cons: T he strong musty smelll in the condo, there are water stains on the couch, my son tired to sleep on the pull out sofabed and said there was a metal bar sticking in his back. 「This property is located to everything food, shopping and beach. The property has a secluded beach area and security gate out front. The Condo itself was beautiful, clean and well maintained. The only thing I would suggest for the owners is to get better pots and pans for people who want to cook for themselves and not eat out, the ones onsite are old and everything we cooked stuck in the pans and were a little bit of a mess. It would have been nice to have extra toilet paper and paper towels on...
