「Nice!near the beach!」

「Great location, right on the ground level. Parking was a breeze, literally parked 20-30 feet from the room. The room had plenty of space for 6 of us (2 adults, 3 teenagers, and one 10 year old). The back patio had plenty of space to hang out with a full size patio dinner table. Open the back gate and you're 10-15 feet from the hot tub and pool. The hot tub was lukewarm at best, but wasn't a deal breaker for us. The pool was pretty basic but never felt overcrowded like a lot of other places we've...

「The had us on the bottom floor with no beach view. Checking was no good」

「On the first night, I found a cockroach in the bathroom...on the 2nd night, there were 9.....we checked-out the next morning. In addition, the property only has 2 elevators, and one was out of order the entire time. When asked when it would be repaired, one of the other guests said they asked thay question and was told possibly sometime in the next few months. Wait times at the elevator was ridiculously long.」

「Terrible tenia mi reservacion pagada llegando al lugar me dijieron que mi resrvacion no estaba les mostre mis confirmaciones primero no sabian de quien era la unidad que me habian rentado no esncontraban ala persona encargada de esa unidad cuando me dieron el numero de contacto llame y me dijieron que esa unidad habia sido rentada dias antes de que llo la rentara entonces me dijieron que esa unidad se habia sobrevendido y no me solucionaron nada!!!! Pesimo servicio de esta propiedad no lo...

「The unit was on the smaller side but slept seven. The pool and beach access were awesome! The pull-out couch had clean sheets to put on, but it was so dirty when you opened it up for the first time to use it. The living room rug was really dirty and had rolled edges, posing a trip hazard. It had four forks and a couple of spoons. It just seemed like it could be better stocked with basic utensils. The security staff was nice, parking was easy, and it was close to everything.」

「The check in process was VERY smooth. Great communication! The condo complex is not a new one, but it's in good condition. Loved the different pools and the proximity of the beach. The location is VERY convenient. Comfortable beds. We LOVED the Sugar Shack snack bar. This is our third visit to Sugar Beach!」

「Keep in mind there is no elevator for this unit but the stairs to climb are really not bad, one flight about 8 steps. The location of the room is great because it’s near the entrance to the pool and beach, it’s makes it convenient in case you want to come back to the condo for anything. The condo was clean and had everything needed from kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. Parking was not bad as well, we always found a spot and didn’t have to walk a lot. We would definitely stay here again!」
