「Everything was okay. The breakfast was nice but the didn’t have any kind of soap in the lobby bathroom nor did they have hand sanitizer. When asked they just said they were out and that was it. The room was okay」

「Room was just a basic room. Pool was very small but didn’t mind. Room never got cleaned or swept the six nights we were there. If clean towels were needed we had to take the old towels to the front desk to have them replaced. Parking was fine and was located next to a public so that was super convenient.」

「I will start with the bad. Upon arrival the first thing I was asked was did I want to downgrade my room.I was like no.I seen a couple of ants on the ac by the window...No big deal at first...Then we started seeing flying ants on the bed by the ac 👀. It was 2 many to deal with so I reported the issue.They gave us a downgraded room and offered 40% off...I was like cool we will take that...We missed dinner that night because we had to move rooms so we decided to stay another night...Y'all the 2nd...

「Didn’t like the fact that I had to ask for towels both days that I was there. The room was not made up and when I asked for them to bring towels and toilet paper, they just pulled the covers up on the bed. Hotel was otherwise clean.」

「Staff members were friendly but short on employees. Our room was not ready after showing up 45 minutes after standard check in time. The toilet paper holder in room was broken along with shower knob that controls water temp completely fell off. The WiFi connection went out for over 2 hrs resulting in our family not being able to watch television out use electronic devices. The indoor pool had children’s food floating in bottom as well as by the filter opening for several nights. The...
