「The room was renovated but the bath room door needed to be repaired because of chipped wood on the back of the door. Water pressure was great and almost instant hot water. The curtains had a stain on them above the air conditioner. The staff was very nice and helpful when needed.The hot breakfast was limited. 「Felt like I was owed a partial refund for having to go to the front desk for towels every night. Housekeeping took our towels everyday even if they were hanging up and never left new ones. Had a cockroach two different days. Was told it was due to the rain, but good pest control would prevent them from coming in in the first place. Asked about utilizing the grill and was told they had all the tools and everything. When we went to use it, there wasn’t a lighter. Trash wasn’t picked up multiple...

「There was nobody there to guide us to where we were supposed to go. Fortunately, there was a staff there, it is a plastic surgeons building, that was able to contact somebody with the villa who gave us phone instructions on how to open the door and where actually the room was. They apologize and said the manager is usually on top of things, but apparently at this time there was a glitch. Things happen.
