「The room was good. The floor was dirty when we went in but they came and cleaned it for me the next day. They need more hooks to hang towels, swimsuits etc. The breakfast was really good! The pool needs maintenance. A lot of loose concrete and missing concrete in and around the pool. Nice views though but very limited seating. Elevators were quick. There were lots of great places walkable to eat and shop. I would stay again.」

We had multiple days of our stay in which the housekeeping team skipped over our room completely. 「Where do I start? Horrible all the way around. No refunds for crap room. Not the same as shown on Expedia. Paid for ocean view w/Balcony (got ground floor). Multiple cockroaches, light bulb out, A/C & Heat ran non-stop and bearing out on fan. So loud hardly could sleep, TVs were a mess, Direct TV didn't work in 1 bedroom, batteries dead in Roku remote, water damaged areas, one door off hinges..... Etc. I paid full price for this crap. 「It wasnt very clean bedding seemed dirty and kids socks were in the bed so obviously they werent washed contacted hoosteeva and they offered a housekeeper but i wasnt waiting around for someone to clean so i washed them which is not what i wanted to do after trveling all day.
