「Avoid This Place – Horrible Experience I had an absolutely horrible experience at this hotel. The rooms were incredibly dirty and had zero ventilation. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom, which causes all the moisture to get trapped inside the room. Because of this constant dampness, the floor mats are completely sticky to walk on, the entire room smells terrible, and the floor carpet stinks. To make matters worse, their customer service and business practices are incredibly dishonest....

「The hotel is beautiful, clean, and the staff are friendly. Our room was lovely with a great view of the river and the port. My only issue was there was only 2 pods of coffee, and my husband and I would have loved having a second cup. We would have also appreciated at least two bottles of water in the room as well, since it is mid-summer in Mobile and ferociously hot. Otherwise everything was good.」

「The property was terrible. My child was supposed to have a birthday party with a few people and they said at the last minute that no guests were allowed and the power went out and when we checked out they didn’t even give us a refund for the room. The service was TERRIBLE!」

「This was the worst hotel I has every went to. We didn’t stay in the room cause the room was so dirty and the cover on the bed was so dirty. Then when we ask for a refund they try to get loud with us.」

The room was quiet and dark just as we liked. The breakfast was disappointing for Sunday 830-9 am. There seemed to be only one attendant, cold cereal, fruit and breakfast potatoes, drinks available. 「This hotel is in a great location with easy access to shopping and restaurants, including those located on the water. We were in the area to ride horses at Blakeley State Park and this was very close to the park. It’s a busy area, but no traffic noise at the hotel. Bed was comfortable, pillows too. Everything worked well. Spacious room. Clean. Good breakfast with nice variety. Staff was super pleasant.」

「Reviews stated it was clean, but when I took my family it was bad, place looked abandoned, I checked in thinking well we just need a place to stay so we went to the room and we thought the elevator wasn't going to work, the room was dirty, there were spots on the bedding, floors weren't clean minifridge was dirty, smelled like a super old building, I do not reccomend for family at all. We lasted 15-20 minutes and left.」
