「Very disappointed with our recent stay. We specifically booked a suite, but upon arrival the room we reserved was not available. Instead, my family was placed in a room with a broken refrigerator, broken lights and a broken telephone, which resulted in having to move rooms after already settling in. The inconvenience of not receiving the room we booked, combined with the maintenance issues, made for a frustrating experience. 「The hotel was within walking distance to the ocean, which was great. The room was nice and appreciated the hotel gave us a corner unit with a balcony, that had ocean view! The room was big and comfy and had a sofa sitting area. The bath room was spacious and had a nice walking shower. I also liked that there were extra hooks in the bath room to hang extra towels.
