「Friendly staff made it easy to check in and out. The breakfast was great with a buffet style set up and also makes omelets at your request. The rooms were clean and very cozy.」

「What a lovely experience! The hotel is beautiful and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I brought my mother for a restful home away from home experience. She is 88 years old and experiencing health problems. Our window overlooked the Portland Jetport and she spent all day watching the planes take off and land. She told me the colors of each plane and the name of each airline. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.」

「Strong chemical smell upon entering, which we could smell all night. Hair in the bathroom, hair and dirt in the fridge, sagging mattress. Asked to go to a higher floor and if one was available and was told “no” by the man at the desk. Left and came back around 9:30 to find the rather large parking lot very empty and only a few cars in the front. I realized this is because the top two floors are not being used. This is either due to not enough staff or making repairs. When I left the next...

「Biscuits were fresh tasting and delicious. The coffee was available. I parked directly below my room in a well lighted and safe feeling spot. The towel rack both inside and outside the shower stall were not attached to solid surroundings. If I'd slipped coming out of the shower, grabbed the towel rack, getting no support and then falling onto the hard sink.....why I can only imagine.」

「I left before breakfast. The person at the desk wasn’t very pleasant or welcoming. Overall for the price it was a good value. I stayed to get an early delivery to the airport.」

「Friendly staff at check in - allowed us in a few minutes early, with no fee. Room was clean, warm and well lit. I missed having a table on one side of the bed and the heating/cooling unit is very loud. Otherwise no complaints.」

「We had a great stay, quiet, comfortable bed, breakfast has small omlettes but canadian bacon was super thin. But overall jice. We used pool it was heated nicely and had plenty of towels. Only reason I say good stay is our shower drain was clogged and we pulled lots of hair out. And under the silver piece was kindof gross. But overall a good stsy, close to everything by 20 min. 」
