"Went during an off-season but enjoyed my time here. Fantastic staff and great people! They were very welcoming and extremely helpful. If you want to kick back and relax away from the touristy areas this is the place to be!"

"The room was very clean, however the rooms are located in a very local shopping mall with lots of loitering outside, very noisy, no windows so felt claustrophobic. The outside was dirty , crowded and noisy I did not feel safe enough to stay there so I left."
"The property was very close to the airport. Bed is comfortable. Only thing is I would av appreciated a kitchen curtain. Apart from that it was great and I love the host she is sweet"
"All staff were professional, courteous and friendly. They all went out of their way to grant your requests. The ambience is very nice. The electrical outlets on the patio didn't always work. Had to be creative in getting plugs to stay in. They also need to upgrade from 110v to 220v. Just kidding, but they should have something for travelers from Europe. Internet service was pretty good. Everyone in my group were pleased and would return. The tour setup for us by the manager was fun!!!! Good...
"Very spacious and well decorated. Awesome service from the staff who helped us to arrange airport transfer, thanks Lorraine. The pool and other facilities made it worth every dollar. The kids and wife really enjoyed the vacation. Thanks Kevin..."
"There was nothing unique about the property, the service was cheap. I paid $185 in cash on check in, which I thought was ridiculous but it was a last minute trip and the other place I wanted to stay was not available and I had a 2020 voucher for this place. they had no blankets and one set of sheets for the beds, plastic was covering the mattress. I would think putting a mattress cover over the plastic if the intention is to protect the mattress.

"The property is excellent. There was some noticeable wear and tear on the furniture in our room, but nothing that lowered the room or the hotel’s overall commitment to an aesthetically pleasing experience. The Jerk Hut was amazing and breakfast at Zenith was a treat. Join the Excellence Club, the additional amenities and options make it well worth the price. The customer service was stellar; the staff should all get a raise. There was a genuine kindness in every interaction with the staff; my only regret was the ATM machine was out of cash on my last days so I couldn’t give more tips. Please bring your own straws because there are none in the resort. My wife and I will definitely visit this resort again."
"My stay at Ocean Eden Bay was enjoyable but I wish some of the amenities of the property were better, like the up charge for lobster and or t bone steak and top shelf alcohol wasn’t necessary. The restaurants closing earlier was a disappointment and only having one restaurant to choose from late night, the extra room charges for room service when we’re at an all inclusive resort was another disappointment. Over all it was a nice/peaceful resort, with very respectful staff."
"My husband and I stayed at Riu Palace Aquarelle in Montego Bay, Jamaica, August 2026, to celebrate his birthday. It was his first time in JA and my second, and overall, we had a great experience.
Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed, and all the staff we encountered were friendly and hospitable. A special shoutout to Shaniece at the front desk, who was professional, welcoming, and helpful. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a king-size bed, sofa, balcony, and nice bathroom. Housekeeping was timely and thorough. Our favorite bartender was Jaydin—he took great care of us and always made us feel welcomed!
The resort is modern and spacious, with elevators, 5 restaurants, a lobby bar, sports bar, gift shop, gym, spa, 3 pools—including an adults-only pool with swim-up bar—and Splash Water World. There are also daytime and nighttime activities, live music, and themed RIU parties.
The beach was beautiful, with white sand and turquoise water. The surf was a little rough but still enjoyable. There was some sargassum, but staff worked to keep it cleaned up.
The food was a mixed experience. The lunch buffet at Pepe's Food was really good, with great Jamaican flavor, and the Steakhouse was our favorite dinner. The Asian restaurant was just okay, while we were not fans of the Sports Bar food or room service. Breakfast was typical of an all-inclusive buffet. Make restaurant reservations in advance, as they book up quickly.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay - Ya mon!"
