「The staff is incredible. They remember you when you leave and come back. The meals prepared by the Chief are authentic and delicious Jamaican food. The whole facility gives you a nice environmental and Jamaican vibe. They need to add working cardio equipment in the weight room so that people can stay healthy and fit if they choose to during their stay. 」

「I went here with a friend, she is 23 and I’m 25, this was our first adult trip without family or a partner. We had an amazing stay, lovely staff especially the pool bartenders and tour desk staff. The tour desk arranged 3 excursions for us that were great, they were very knowledgeable and had helpful suggestions. We had great conversations with the pool bartending staff and all ended up on a first name basis, lots of laughs. I will definitely need to come again. 」

「It was a beautiful property. Easy check in process. Accidently locked myself out of the room and was able to get to someone immediately for help. Walkable night life and great resturants nearby. 」

「The staff was excellent. Pleasant stay overall. Customer service on point. I spoke to miss Judine by phone and she was able to accommodate my last minute request. I met Miss Jackie who is also a sweetheart. Everything was ready when I arrived. So grateful for these 2 wonderful ladies. Breakfast was good. I met the chef. The property was clean and the place is quiet if you need a good night's rest. I would stay here again. It is also a budget friendly hotel, worth every penny. 」

「I got to the hotel and staff had no record of reservation. I had paid ahead of time and after 2 hours I got another room which was not the room I thought I was getting. The room I got was good so it worked out OK. Management must work on being prepared to receive customers as registered. 」
