The property was about five minutes away from the airport which served us well. Signpost to the property was good The staff was helpful but it was most disappointing to find that there was no breakfast available which was expected.

Although the hotel is older their are things in need of improvement advertising of a pool without one,no hotwater, ants,no night stand to place or plug in cellphone bad internet. No complementary coffee or breakfast as advertised ,poor lighting, some staff friendly some not so.and I have visited Jamaica many times and places over 45 years. Even the poor must be honest and advertise as so.

On arrival the reception staff was attentive but lacked warmth. The room was basic grey and very tired. In desperate need of a refurbishment. The bed very creeky and lumpy. The room smelt damp. The bathroom door handle hanging off. Basin taps damaged and need of replacement. We chose not to stay for the night. Very disappointing room.

While this is a very dated and old property, the staff provided prompt and excellent service and the pool was the perfect place to spend the last day on vacation before flying out the next day. The location to the airport is very convenient.
