「We absolutely loved our stay here for our anniversary! ❤️ It was our first time at S Hotel Montego Bay, and we definitely had an amazing time! The location is super convenient and so close to the airport. We also took advantage of their taxi service, which made getting around so easy and convenient. 「The staff were amazing — service was unmatched, couldn’t say anything better about them. Where we struggled was with the food options — seemingly limited, and speciality restaurants barely open, along with no room service or option to get food besides a “burger bar” anytime after 9pm. The buffet was mediocre at best. Really disappointed with food options, otherwise would consider going back.」

「I had an amazing time at this villa from the staff treating me so amazing. I felt just like I was at home The views are so amazing. The pool is so awesome. It really was a great experience at this villa. I’m definitely coming back to Jamaica and staying at this villa I felt so safe. The market isn’t far and the people are perfect. I love Jamaica and staying at this villa made it even more amazing.thank you」

「I travelled solo to Roundhill. The hotel was perfect in every way. I have travelled extensively and I would rate the hotel as one of the best that I have ever stayed in. The Managing Director/General Manager is outstanding. The hotel employs over 300 staff who have been impeccably trained. It is very high end and I cannot find fault with anything that it does.」

「we booked 2 apts for 4 of us, but one apt had 4 beds !, so no need for 2nd apt , which worked in our favour as 2 adults and 2 kids, only aircon in bedroom worked, fans and aircon in other rooms didn't work, bathroom was grime, kitchen was worse. really unpleasant stay, but it wasn't advertised as a great place so expectations were low anyway. also balcony door didn't lock which being in Jamaica was a concern, especially as we were told to avoid one entrance due to safety concerns.」
