「The property and the staff was phenomenal, what I didn't like is the fact that when I booked I was told I'd get a certain amount in US dollars to spend at the resort but when I got there and asked about it they barely explained and told me it's coupons for different stuff but never explained how I would get them or what I needed to do to get them. This was misleading and I was under the impression that I could use the funds on whatever I wanted to.」

「The room was okay great customer service. I stayed there during Melissa. I when there on a Monday then everything went downhill cause of Melissa. The building suffered damages and needs to be repaired 」
