「1. First of all I chose their property to celebrate my 25th anniversary and requested some decoration in the room . They said yes. Upon arrival nothing was done in the room . Very frustrating to see this happened. When asked , they simply said - oh! The housekeeping must have forgotten . It shows they don’t care abt guest experience , no attentiveness and no courtesy! Atleast they could have said - ok we can do something later . But No Nothing !!! 2. No towels in the room upon check-in....

This was in a very secluded and safe neighborhood, the people in the area all seemed like they were middle to upper class citizens, and that I loved about the area. The food that was prepared for us was so delightful and healthy that I literally had seconds. Also the communication between the host and myself was quick and responsive. 「i can tell you that the location is great! The guy who is the cab driver for the hotel he is great too and I found him reliable and trustworthy when we booked him to go to a few places. The hotel itself is not for me at all. I read the reviews before booking and others seem to like here but it is not for me and I would never return. I'm just not used to staying in motels. If I'm honest their website pics of the place look so nice and new but it didn't meet reality but maybe its just the room...

「If it's broken don't expect it to be fixed any time soon. After a rough check in I was greeted that evening with a toilet that ran non stop. If that wasn't bad enough I had to endure dogs fighting outside my window all night. I reported the toilet issue and it took 2 days to get "fixed". Right on the heels of the toilet issue, the AC in my room quit working. I reported it the next morning, it wasn't fixed until I was back in the states 3 days later that i was notified it was fixed. 「The property’s was not what was listed, very dirty and the location is not safe. 2 there is bedbug and mosquitoes.the bathroom sinks very bad order. The Camilo is after money.please i advise any guests to go to safe locations and this rotten place.the owner will you and still robed you at the same time.musical are so loud you can’t sleep.」
