「Stayed here three nights, room was nice and decorated well. The mini split AC unit had a tick tick tick sound every time the fan ran so that made it a little annoying and the elevator next to my room was stuck in a constant dialing sound. At first, I was told it was normal and then I was told, they were waiting on part. The poolside guy was great and attentive and cheerful, but the front desk people were a bit offputting. Spa massage 80 minutes… Super expensive, but the girl was in a hurry in...

「Front desk was very friendly and gave us a room where I didn’t have to walk far. I was there for hip replacement surgery. Room was clean, updated, quiet and roomy. Only downside was the bed. The pillow top mattress was not comfortable. It needs to be replaced. 」

「The only problem was we were on the bottom floor and kids were on the top floor. They kept running back and forth and It sounded like a heard of elephants. We complained several times to the front desk but nothing changed. We finally had to walk upstairs and confront them to get it to stop.」

I wanted to shout out the guy who plays guitar as a nightly activity that the resort provides … he was great (I’m so sorry I don’t remember the name ) his guitar skills were on POINT! …. The golf course is AWESOME. I like the self service …. But yeah can’t recommend enough…. There’s also two extra jacuzzi areas just for adults with lovely waterfalls , basketball , ping pong …. Super great MUAH (chefs kiss)」

「Great stay at Hilton Bell Rock. Parking is $20 per day and Shawdow rock dinner was a bit pricey. We thought breakfast at Shadow rock was better than dinner. The rooms were large, a bit dated but had great view of Bell Rock. 5 min walk to restaurants and short drive to many other dining/shopping area. Hotel has an outdoor pool but they also charge daily $35 resort fee. Overall we enjoyed our stay!」
