「We really enjoyed our stay at Margaritaville CR. Check in was quick and easy, the rooms were a good size. Initially I had requested a roll away bed and was told they couldn't fit them in the room, but once we were there they were happy to help accommodate us. Plenty of space for unpacking too. We had a pool view room and were also able to see the beach from our deck. There is plenty to do on property--pool with swim up bar (opens at 10am), pickleball, tennis, gym, ping pong tables, pool...

「Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotels beach was not really kid friendly, or even adult friendly. (at least not for me) There was no space to put our towels and beach accessories. We walked about 5 extra minutes to get to the other side of the beach, which was in front of another hotel and it was a little nicer there. There was a beach about 5 min away (by car), from the hotel (Playa Carillo), and it was BEAUTIFUL! Brian, the manager was so kind to give us a ride in his personal car...

Rooms were clean and peaceful and the breakfast each morning was delicious. We rented a car, but the downtown area was only a 10 minute walk from us with many dining options nearby. 「This property is a “Diamond in the rough”. The location is perfect. A half block from the main Beach (the moneys show up around 4-5 pm) and tons of shops, restaurants, bars and all things fun rentals. The staff were superb as was the complimentary breakfast. The rooms are a little dated but very clean. There seems to be something entertaining going on every day or evening in the bar/restaurant area and the pool area was a perfect oasis. We have travel many times to the all inclusive beach...

「Right on the main road and the windows and walls are super thin. Motorcycles racing up and down the road until 1am. We were under the restaurant and every chair that gets moved you can hear as ifd it's in your room. AC shut off in the middle of the night. The place is extremely loud. We actually left and found a different hotel for our 2nd nights stay! Could hear a baby cry for hours multiple rooms down」

「Rooms were clean but small and basic. No amenities other then wifi. Breakfast was buffet style over the weekend but basic; scrambled eggs, rice and beans, sausage and french toast. Bottled water was 4.00 and there is nothing within walking distance. 100$ to and from airport and uber is illegal. Should have done more research on my trip before booking. Also, left birkenstocks under the bed on accident and maid sayd she doesn't see them. Not happy.」

「Hotel Villa Acacia in Playa Hermosa was a great pick for us and I recommend this place for accommodations. Very quiet, lovely grounds, nice small pool area, and our room suited our need. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfasts included was a bonus and was delicious. Location was a short walk to the beach and restaurants. 」

「Gorgeous setting, incredible sunsets, friendly staff. We loved looking out from our balcony or the infinity pools onto the bioreserve jungle below. We had an upper floor room (#9) right next to a tree that regularly had birds and howler monkeys coming through. Very peaceful. Spacious room. The food and drinks are at US resort-level prices, and there are no other places to eat within a 15-minute walk, so plan accordingly. The shuttle into town works well for daytime beach visits or lunch out, but...
