「This place is rather dated and needs updates and repairs. Broken kitchen drawer, toilet runs on after every flush, mickey-mouse shower set up, we were obligated to clean pool every day if we wanted to use it, wifi faded in and out, and it generally felt like 'economy' lodging. A bit disappointing. Location is a short walk to beach, which we really liked.」

「Great location near restaurants and beach. Good support when I needed help with a car , problem with water from above unit...people showed up to assost. Also security on premise does a great job of making sure things stay safe in the gated complex. 」

「I wish I could give the staff 100 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️!! Professional, accommodating and super nice staff. Whatever we ask them, they did it with a smile. For example, we were going on a tour and they loaned us towels that we returned upon our return. Beautiful hidden gem of a hotel!」

「Food was good and pools were fun. Met a lot of nice people. Difficult walking, lots of hills so not good for people that have trouble. Shuttles run all day till late at night and never had to wait long for one. They take you wherever you need to go from your door. 」

「Nos cambiaron una de las habitaciones 3 veces porque algo estaba malo (aire acondicionado, luz, etc). La piscinas no estaban funcionales (otros comentarios indicaban lo mismo). El desayuno estaba bien solo que es en otro lugar. El parqueo está lejos, es pequeño, si otro carro entra no puedes sacarlo ya que solo hay una entrada」

「The pictures are very deceiving. Property ruin down. Food horrible. The staff was nice especially bar tender Gene. Four pools there might be 10 chase lounge that was broken. Pool towels had holes in them. You have to walk up one hell of a hill to go to the pool and buffet. Tub wouldn’t drain, let’s not forget about the ants in the room.They do have a shuttle if available. Pizza bar not open. No phones in rooms if there is a problem. Plus they never answered the phone if I called from my cell....
