"I was really upset with the staff. So when I arrived I was tired and hungry. I gave the lady my credit card and ID. She then gave me a few papers to sign and my keys. I then went to my car and grabbed a bag then went straight to my room. About an hour later I ordered pizza. I couldn't find my credit card or ID. I looked everywhere. I had my partner go down to the front desk and ask if anyone had turned in a credit card or ID. They said NO. They took a quick look around and no credit card or ID. I completely panicked. I went through my bags and purse several times I was out looking in the parking lot. I can't rent a hotel, I can't fly, I can't even get a bus ticket without an ID. I can't just replace my ID or credit card. It was my major credit card. Im from the west coast. I got in a huge fight with my partner. The following day around 3 o'clock I went down to my car to look one last time and I asked the front again if anyone had turned in a ID or credit card and by my surprise they they had it. They hadn't the whole time. They didn't give it back when I checked it. OK that's fine but why didn't they call my room when they found it. They know how important a ID and credit card are especially when traveling. Why wouldn't the staff look up the name on the ID, see what room they are in and CALL THEM and let them know they had it."

"I LOVE THIS HOTEL! It is in the most perfect location for a fabulous time at The Island without even having to get in your car. This hotel is beautiful and well planned out. I love the island vibe! It has a great roof top bar and pool that overlooks the fountain at the island. It smells great and is very welcoming! The staff are friendly and helpful. The beds are very comfortable! Cons: The shutters on the balcony doors let in way too much light... I felt like I was sleeping with the lights on. The fireplace doesn't work after the 1st of May (I believe that should be changed to June 1 as May can still be chilly). It is a huge, sprawling hotel so if you have mobility issues the walk can seem like forever (as experienced once before when traveling with my Mother)."

"The ac in our room didn’t work correctly the last night we were there! When booking the room the pictures are very deceiving. I thought I booked a room with an area with bunk beds for the kids! The room I got definitely wasn’t was shown! A few more families said the same thing! Kids have unlimited access to the pools and water parks but besides that everything is very costly! Kids enjoyed it, so did i! The slides and pool made it okay!"
