「Clean rooms, staff was amazing, great amenities, & a beautiful esthetic and atmosphere.」

「Check in was a breeze. Offered option to pay for early check in, which we did. Super convenient to walk to Broadway and the Bridgestone Arena with ease. Felt safe and room, hallways and lobby were clean. Parking was very expensive, but we were able to park right by the elevator, making it easy to unload and load our car to and from our room. Staff was nice but I wouldn’t say they were “friendly”. 」

「The room was very clean and modern. The staff was friendly. The hallway outside my room was overwhelmingly aromatic. I'm one of those people who doesn't handle strong perfumy smells very well but it was just in the hallway and not in my room. And that's better than a stale smoky smell to be sure. Breakfast was not bad but I think the eggs were powdered and when I went to refill my coffee after I finished eating the coffee container was empty. Not a dealbreaker but a little annoying. 「The staff is friendly and super helpful. Rooms are good sized and clean. Breakfast was good with make-your-own waffles. Room service is upon request. Located in midtown Nashville near the original Hattie B's, it is a bit off the beaten path and about one mile from Broadway (Uber!).」

「I emailed them on nov 9 the following message and to date have not heard anything: I had my stay mixed up I was thinking Sundaywas the 10th and didn’t realize it until Igot to the next hotel. I checked out a day early! Is there anyway to get a refund on the night I didn’t stay. The guy at the hotel who checked us out did not say anything about helping out early or I might have caught the mistake. I am now paying for an extra night at the next hotel.
