"It was great to have our family of 6 in one room. The beds were comfortable. The staff were great and very helpful. The pool was nice and warm. Universal is and 8 min walk if you don’t want to wait the 15 minutes for the shuttle. "

"We didn’t spend much time in our room so our stay at the Tilt was basically just a place to sleep and get ready. The room was clean and staff was great. The only thing that I didn’t care for was that the pool was too cold for us to get to use. Other than that all was pleasant."

"Dont stay here. They didnt clean our room at all; we were there 3 nights. Rooms are old. No microwave. Everything is cheap. Admin staff is uncaring and lazy. There is no restaurant on this property - its on their sister property coastal inn. Theres no room service. I have no idea why this hotel has such a good rating. They upcharged parking to 25 dollars a day when we arrived. Sheets and towels are old looking and beat up. The worst hotel I've stayed at. The only upside is its 15 min from airport and universal. And the pool is okay. "

"Overall a great stay. Wish they had a hot tub in the pool area but the heated pool was very nice. Overall clean and well maintained and the staff was nice. Much smaller than expected but that’s ok. The only downsides were parking, it was an alley type situation which we didn’t love, but didn’t have any problems while parked. And a little sad that half way through the breakfast time there was zero breakfast left. Overall would stay again. "

"The rooms are quite decent, good bed and a sorta chaise lounge. LA was hot and the air conditioning worked good but being that the room is about 300sf the air is loud. The management was quite responsive and helpful, there was an internet problem that took a number of days to repair but they reduced my bill which I thought was very decent. If you’re into healthy breakfasts you’ll be disappointed, however cereal, bagels, yogurt, some fruit and a large array of cellophane wrapped pastries are available. It’s really close to Metrolink which I used and the area is both safe and convenient. It’s quite quiet there, and everyone seemed nice…management keeps eyes on the property. I’d stay here again."
