"We wouldn’t stay here again just because we could hear everything. From the rooms next to us and the cars driving by. "

"We booked this hotel because the close proximity to Universal Studios. We figured we would be able to walk to and from the resort, which you can, but it is not the best walking route along the busy highway. Our biggest concern was our kids were complaining of bug bites that they received in the night. When we got home, we had to take our daughter to InstaCare because she broke out in hives from all the bites, and the doctor confirmed that it was from bedbugs."

"The property isn't flashy or fancy but it isn't it does what the price point indicates, gives you and affordable place to stay within walking distance to a tram that takes you to Universal Studios. The area isn't the greatest but I mean so is every other hotel in the area with the exception of the two on the park property. Felt safe, Vehicle is in covered parking for a decent price and the staff was the best part, friendly attentive and responsive. I would definitely stay here again on any future trips to the area. Just don't expect the glitz and glamour. "

"Perfect location to Universal. Shuttle took a long time, but we walked over easily! Food was surprisingly delicious. Great after park dinner . Good gym!! "

"Staff was really friendly. Room was super clean. The door latch was loose though and the bathroom window would only close if the latch was at a 65 degree angle. Plus, I was lucky that a guy was pulled over and was directing me out of the parking lot. I had to back out into oncoming traffic. My stuff was safe however and they were very nice. "

"One of the onsite restaurants is indefinitely closed - but advertised on the website. There is not microwave in the room, and there is a charge for wifi = disappointing. One morning we were the last seating at breakfast buffet and it was like they had already closed everything down. There was no one there to make an omelet, we were disappointed. "

"The property is nice and retro feeling. Has a really cool patio you can sit up top & look on the beautiful mountain views. The staff is so nice and helpful. The ladies were so sweet ! A shuttle to universal was provided, Which was so helpful and both drivers made my son & I feel very comfortable. Telling us about their favorite rides and drove safely. Will be staying again :) reasonable price . It’s not a luxury spot if that’s what you want , it’s a comfy place . CVS is close , a convenient store and small restaurants. Wouldn’t recommend the Asian wok place across the street pass on that. The neighborhood behind is gorgeous take a walk ! See you soon in July . "
