"We booked a room for 2 adults and one child, but they only had a king size bed and no place for the 10 year old to sleep. No couch, no rollaway, no other rooms available. They did give us some extra blankets so he could sleepmon the floor. They did agree to a partial refund."

"Place was perfect, was there on a golf trip, needed to have secure parking and they did, location was perfect, nightly sunsets on the ocean, food just around the corner, wildlife everywhere, could hear the surf at night, clean and the staff was very nice at check in and when i needed another coffee packet. Every time i go to monterey/pac grove/carmel i will be staying here. Thank you a ton for making my stay stress free! "
