There is no room service and limited dining times. If you are on the first floor, your view of the ocean is blocked by a green fence. If you are on the first floor, some of the rooms are located right under the bar so you’ll hear chairs scrapping until the bar closes. The front desk staff are friendly, but if you want a bell hop to help you you’ll have to talk fast or they will just leave.

Room was extremely nice, view was amazing. Loved the bar and restaurant option and the outdoor sitting areas. Only complaint was I’m pretty sure my room was above the kitchen or bar. I heard banging until midnight and it start back up at 5am. I would recommend asking for a room far away from right side of the hotel. Other than that, I loved it!
